My intention is not to stage my own artistic visions with the help of some actors.
The concept of direction is to grasp the visible that may be shown.
This means to dis-cover, to take off one layer after the other, to push through to the essential, to the artists very own, to that non  apparent but authentic something. Only under this condition a true dialogue with the audience may be allowed.
